5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example, on a ৳1,000 deposit you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,500, and you must wager ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 before withdrawing.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the required wagering has been completed.
• A promotion may be claimed only once, unless otherwise stated in its specific terms.

• Operating multiple accounts by the same person or on behalf of the same household.
• Claiming bonus or promotional benefits through fraud.
• Attempting to interfere with or hack the platform's security systems.
• Engaging in fraudulent behaviour or harassment towards other members.
• Participating in any arrangement that guarantees a specific outcome (use of match-fixing information).

In certain circumstances, high baji reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account.

8.1 Reasons for Account Suspension

• Breach of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Suspicious financial activity.
• Security risk or the need for a technical investigation.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

If a member wishes to close their account voluntarily, they must contact the high baji support team. An opportunity to complete any pending withdrawals will be provided before the account is closed.
